## Dos & Don'ts
- Do not place your knees on pad, place them behind it
- Drive toes into the foot plate
- Do not drive the heels into the foot plate
- Keep your shoulders in line with your hips
- Do not push your butt back before initiating rise
- Extend your knees to descend, do not flop
- Point toes straight down or even slightly inward
- Elevate the rear of the glute ham raise machine with bumper plates if it becomes too easy
