## Introduction
- Mind-muscle connection based
- Overload when possible
- Focus on "feeling" lats
## Physiology
- Shoulder adduction (Lats, Teres major)
- Shoulder extension (Lats, Triceps long head)
- Elbow flexion (Biceps, Brachialis)
## Technique
- Medium grip (1.5 x shoulder-width), thumbless might help with mind-muscle connection
- Before first rep, pull back in thoracic extension
- Begin first rep by depressing scapula and pull elbows down and in
- The bar should slightly touch the sternum
## Errors
- Using too much body English
- Not adducting enough
- Using too much biceps
